No one can prepare you for what it feels like to become a parent but we can prepare you for is the practical side and how to look after and care for your baby in those early months. Our Beyond Birth Postnatal Course was the first of its kind in the World and includes everything you need to know before you become a parent; all from the comfort of your own home through your computer, tablet or phone.
The course contains a series of exclusive postnatal video workshops and audio guides from a group of leading, trusted postnatal support specialists and Midwives who give not only their professional advice, but practical tools to make sure your transition into parenthood is as positive and magical as it can be. As well as covering all the basics we also look at topics that are not generally included in other parenting courses.
It is divided into separate chapters covering all of the most important things you'll need to know before your new arrival gets here so you can be prepared, and then absolutely everything that will help you navigate through the postpartum period of becoming a new parent.
In addition to all the above you will also receive a downloadable Postnatal Support Guide written by our Midwife, Anneke, which covers everything from birth to the postpartum period with hyperlinks to a host of external resources and support sites.
